is the nerovision 6.3 MPEG2 encoder in two pass mode any good? I am going to convert an Xvid movie w/AC35.1DD track to DVD. Should I use Nero or CCE? Thanks! :)

No don't use the Nero-thingy
you should always use "specialized" programs like CCE,
that is, if you want good results
the nero thing has strange standards too...
