I'm just wondering what options nero recode has. I know that it is fast as can be. However what is its targeted audience? is it better for live streaming video from like TV capture cards? Or can you do multipass with it for movies?

There's a guide to it in the 'guides'-section.

And till now I haven't managed to get a crisp picture out of it. But then again, I enabled 'light' psychovisuals and that might have been the mistake.
