Subtitles and AutoGk

How do you include subtitles that are part of the normal movie?

I mean those kind of subtitles that show up when a character speaks in a different language, and that are a neccessary part of the movie?

Is this what the advanced setting of "Force subtitles" is for? If so then they don't seem to be showing up for me.....

Please help clarify this for me ....thanks

Hi-

Yes, those are called Forced Subs. Forced Subs can be tricky to locate. Sometimes they're part of the same language subtitle stream. In that case, you select the subs in the main screen, and also select the Forced Subs in Advanced Settings.

Other times they have their own sub stream. In that case you select the sub stream in the main screen, and DON'T select Forced Subs in Advanced Settings.

And sometimes they're mislabelled with a different language. So try out different combinations in the Preview before starting the encoding.
