Making some proves, i've found something interesting.
When i compress limiting iframes at quant 2/3 the first frame is always at 4 and not in 2/3.

Shouldn't it apply the limits asigned?

Shouldn't it apply the limits asigned?In single pass, only p-frame's quant limits are used and are applied to all frames. I think it's in a tooltip somewhere (I remember that but I don't remember where).
