I have a DVD where chapter 7 ends at 00:57:16 and chapter 8 begins at 01:05:00. There doesn't appear to be any footage missing, and if you watch it straight through the timer just jumps forward at 00:57:16. If you try to manually enter a time like 1:04:00, the DVD player will freeze and then start at 01:05:00.
This extra time throws all subsequent chapter times off, and causes the last few chapters to have starting points past the end of the ripped video file. I was wondering if this was a normal thing with DVDs. It's no big deal to adjust the chapter times manually in Chapter Xtractor, but I was curious to know if there's a way to automatically compensate for this. Thank you!
