I pressed on the option erase registry so Gordian Knot is back to the beginning with the defaults setting, I tried to change the settings back to the ones I used, XVID 2 CDS subtitles etc, the picture is back to normal phew! thanks god there was this option with deleting the setting. But can anyone explain me what I did wrong, is it because of the option "start end credit"?

bisous

Hi Patricia-

I don't believe it had anything to do with using an end credit .avs. That kind of problem is more usually associated with wrong crop and/or resize settings. If you still have the .avs from the movie that produced the bad picture, that might help us get to the bottom of this.

Gordian Knot is back to the beginning with the defaults setting

You weren't playing around with the default W and H-Module settings of 32 and 16 in the Resolution Tab, were you?

Hi Pat-

I advise keeping them at default. Depending on the video card you have, such things can happen with Mod 8 resolutions or below. And if you had either of them at Mod 2 or 4, then that's almost certainly why it happened. Read this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=42708) for more information.
