dummy mpeg2

Hi,

Is there a way I can make a dummy mpeg2 file from my d2v?

I want to pass the findings of dvd2avi through my directshow mpeg2 system.

I cant get the right frame length with my raw d2v or vob due to the dumxer filter using bitrate for length calculation.

I know i can make a dummy avi, just need a dummy mpeg2.
