No Luck : DTS -> WAV

I've been using BeSweet to transcode DTS into WAV.
but the result .WAV is noisy.

PS.
I grab the .DTS track use DVD2AVI (neuron's) and load the .DTS into BeSweet GUI then convert it into .WAV (stereo).
