Can't Download Anti Leech!

Hi
I can no longer download from this site
by clicking on a downloadlink.....the anti-leech comes up.
(no downloading software loaded, pipex adsl)

So I load up Flashget
drag the link from the downloads to the flashget
and it downloads.

Is the anti leech working arse about face....or is it me??

Be sure let the program you use to download (browser, http_get, whatever) to have the correct referer page in the get request, AFAIK that's the only anti-leech mechanism at doom9.

I bet you have some privacy or firewall app that removes referers from HTTP requests, but your download manager is configured to send referers.. hence it works via dl manager (most download managers can actually send a referer) but not via browser. When I upgraded my firewall to version4 it also came with a referer blocker which triggered the anti-leech so I had to disable that functionality.
