Hi,
I'm desperate to find a player with a video crossfade ability. I know it can be done (take a look here : http://www.tricerasoft.com/swiftelite.html) Swiftelite isn't really suitable for what I want to do though (well essentailly I don't like the interface at all plus it is unstable on my machine) otherwise I would buy it.

I am after a simple video player that has the capability to crossfade both the Video and Audio (with some configurations like crossfade time etc.) I am a pro DJ and would like to be able to play (slickly) music promo videos at my gigs. I currently do this but obviously with "stop, small pause, play" between the videos that literally all software players seem to have.

If anyone could point me in the right direction (or perhaps modify there own player!) I would certainly be grateful.

Laffer.

If you get stuck, then you could try an AVISynth script instead of a playlist. Should work pretty well if the clips are the same res/framerate.

This is something I've been wanting myself too. Who knows, maybe in some of the future releases ;)
