AutoGK is a great tool (sorry to repeat what's a community knowledge).
Sometimes one comes across poorly authored .vobs with wrong DAR flags. While encoding these into DivX using AutoGK, I couldn't locate controls to correct this error. Am I missing it, or is it yet to be implemented ?
Regards.

the only piece of info which is used by AutoGK for AR purpose is whether source is anamorphic or not (i.e. 16:9 or 4:3 in the stream info file from DVDDecrypter). Apart from that you cannot overwrite the AR that D2V project file gives you.

It gives me goosebumps to talk to the AutoGK programmer.
We have everything in AutoGK:
1. Desired file-size/quality control
2. No IVTC headache
3. Desired audio content control
4. Auto cropping
5. etc etc
It's a dream - can't we have just a simple control, choosing 16:9 or 4:3 in the preview or somewhere ? AutoGK is for dummies, yes (I'm one), but even a dummy can see and decide which AR to choose.
Of course, my own commercial DVDs never have any AR problems - but some private stuff my friends mail me (conference videos or family affairs etc) sometime have wrong AR. AutoGK is, therefore, good for about 90% of situations, no question about that.
Nothing in the world can satisfy 100% etc etc. All the same, it's a wishful thinking that it would round up AutoGK handsomely if this was there...
Regards.
