Turbo Mode - where can I find it?

Hi,

Maybe this is a very very very basic question. I did a long search in this forum and I didn´t find a answer.
I can´t find this option in my version XviD-1.0-RC2-07022004.
Is there a reason for that?

Just making sure, you went to Advanced Options, right? It should be near the middle on the right side.

Yes.
In Advanced Options I can see only:
- Motion Search Precision
- VHQ Mode
- Use chroma motion
- Frame drop ratio
- Maximum I-frame interval
- Use cartoon mode

is that right?

Are you sure you have at least XviD 1.0 beta3? Turbo mode is just below VHQ mode (in RC2).

Finally it works!
When I install a newest version over an old version, doesn´t work! Old version is there!
Then I unninstalled and installed again and ...
Newest version is there with Turbo mode:)

Sugestion:
Setup Xvid should be fixed or at least say that "old versions must be unninstalled"

- DShow fixes (remembers the flip option etc.)
- Colour space fixes
- Choosable fast 1st pass
- XviD with bframes in packed mode is decodable by DivX
- GMC with interlaced content fixed

ATTENTION: Since I lost all my data, I switched to another installer system.
If you used the old NSIS installer, please uninstall it manually
before upgrading with these new installers.
If you have done that already, upgrading with these new installers
works like you expect it.
Also, Win9x support is better now with this installer.
