Can I use AviSynth to make a "blank" black video clip of X seconds long?

Hello :)

I want to make a completely "blank" black video clip of x seconds long. Can this be done with AviSynth and if so how can I do it?

Basically I am doing this because I want to a add a few seconds of black to the start and end of some 29.970fps NTSC captures that I've done.
