FBI Warning video removal

I know how to disable playback of the warnings in ifoedit when they are in the video manager, but how do you remove the actual video of it? I want the space to reduce the compression.

I have removed all the extraneous vobs and replaced with blanks, so its not in there. Would this require decoding and encoding, is it worth the time?

Strip it out using ifoedit. Or delete it using menuedit.
