When I decode DTS with Azidts and use the -manualch switch.

What should the 'Vocal' option at the bottom of the WinDVD decoder be set to?

Both or None
?

Thanks.

Also, I've searched the forum for the following, but there seems to be many methods..

Someone please confirm I'm doing this 'the best way'
I've got a DTS audio CD.

1) Rip the DTS CD to WAVs on the HDD.
2) Use Hypercube's DTSParser to convert the ripped .WAV to a .DTS file.
3) Use Azidts to convert the .DTS to 6 mono WAVs
?

Thanks

I know there are people here who use this method to decode DTS....
Which WinDVD decoder option?

Both or None?

Thanks.

Hm. I think default in the Intervideo decoder is Both, so just leave it that way. I never bothered with that setting, just changed the number of channels.

About the conversion of DTS CDs. I never did this, but I think you also can convert DTS-WAV to plain DTS with BeSplit. Also I think that Hypercube has two little tools on his homepage to convert from DTS-WAV to DTS and vice versa.
