How to cinfigure default streams in Scenarist?

I guess it might have been already answered somewhere but I cannot locate it.
I am authoring some dvds with multiple audio streams and one subtitle stream.
The dvd will be without any menu so when someone plays it at home I want the movie to start with the Greek audio stream and the subtitle off. (you can change to English audio and turn on the Greek subtitles with the remote if someone wants it)

So how can I configure which audio is the default to play when the disc is inserted?
And how can I configure the subtitle to be off?

From memory you can do it via the navigation simulator...

Which ever audio track you want as default, drag it in first in the track editor. And the subs are off by default already. Or in the scenario editor click the PGC containing the movie and goto the property manager. Click audio attribute and then audio attribute #0, there you can pick the stream numbers. Since you only have two audio tracks, just do it in the track editor.
