I had a problem with the guide in dvd backup section, http://www.doom9.org/mpg/doitfast-guide.htm, the one with scenarist (dvd9 2 dvd4.7). I backuped Terminator 2 (Italy version, not ultimate edition), but i had some little probllems. First, the subtitles didn't appear, second, the slide bar of powerdvd it is usable only for it's half. This may be imputable to the reducted number of vobs, how can i fix it? The last problem (linked to the first), it's that the chapters didn't work fine, they select the wrong piece of movie. I've followed the guide step by step. Sorry for my bad english. If there are answers in other topics, please before deleting this post, post here a link. Thanks a lot.

Are you sure you didn't skipped the IFOUpdate step?

If you did: did you move the files correct? Read this post (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=63841) for tips on moving ...

No, I haven't skipped ifoupdate, but I'll try the post linked by you.

I have followed the steps in the post, and now the chapters works fine, but the timeline is still incorrect. The last part isn't usable (if I click there, the movie pauses), and if I click, for example, at the beginning, and then a few pixels right, power dvd shows me the same scene. And the subtitles still doesn't work. HELP PLEASE.

Did you use the option copy timetable in ifoupdate?

Where is this option? I have copy color table, but not time table.

Yes, now the timeline is ok, but the subs are still invisible. I'll try to recompile the vob chain, but if you have a hint...

check if they work in your scenarist muxed dir (if so and they dissappear after ifoupdate you know what is wrong). If they don't show after compiling there's something wrong in scenarist (also make sure to copy color tables)

Well, I've solved all my problems. Thanks very much both to influenza (are you american or what?) and deed2k2. Without you, i couldn't solve these problems. Thanks again.+

EDIT: Oh, you are from nederlands, :D
