Refer to my abyss post. most seamless branching dvds use different delays per vobid.. if the delays are small or none, your fine.. but a larger delay will stick out.

Ok, your cheat sheet is a start from scratch.I dont wanna have to reauthor every thing again. All i need to do is get the audio delays correct. So then all i have to do is delete the audio tracks i have now and replace with the new ones, just using the same names as the ones before, then i wont have to re-import the audio.
Plus i dont know how to create a bat file.

okay, as trahald has said, refer to his post, and i strongly suggest you check out the seamless branching guide.
you have to use dvddecrypter in file mode/demux by vobid, extract your audio in dvd2avi, and use ac3 corrector to fix the delay, then rename each audio to correspond with DIF4Us naming scheme.
then replace your originals (as a precaution i also deleted the vif files for those vobids....dont know if it was necessary) and fire up your existing scenarist project, and you should be sweet.
