I have got following problem:
I have got The Lord Of The Ring - Fellowship Of The Ring movie - special extended edition - 2DVDs, but I have R2 PAL edition (maybe even East Europe Edition - doesn't matter...) without DTS audio track. But I have got DTS ES audio track from R1 NTSC USA Edition. But there is a difference in total playing time between my R2 picture and R1 DTS audio (approx. 6 mins) - audio plays longer - happy American people - they have got a longer movie - special extended, extended edition :-).
I am asking about possibility to simple edit DTS track - I must cut something from inside of my DTS audio track - because some scenes are longer in R1 edition than my R2 edition. When I do this it should be possible to perfectly fit DTS audio into my movie.
How can I do this?
How can I do this for the best edit my audio - how can I perfectly cut audio in connection with video?
Any suggestion??? Help!

You can cut DTS with Besplit (http://besplit.doom9.org). Read the FAQ for more information.

Thanks, I will try.
I have heard something about framerate for audio (in AC3) and conversion from NTSC framerate to PAL framerate when necessary.
What about DTS? If I have got DTS audio track from NTSC movie and I have tried to fit it into PAL movie, have I must do any framerate conversion for DTS audio???

The framerate difference is why you have 2 different film lengths, there is no more footage in the NTSC version then there is the PAL version. The NTSC version runs at 24fps@29.97fps (with 3:2 Pulldown), the PAL version is 25fps. Because the PAL version plays 1 extra frame per second it will run through all the frames of the film faster, and will consequently shorten the running time.

It is difficult for me...
Once again in connection with my problem:
I have got DTS audio track which is taken from NTSC movie, and I have got PAL movie into which I have tried to fit this track.
If I correctly understood, because of framerate, this audio track will play longer in PAL movie?
That is in my case - DTS audio from NTSC plays longer - about few minutes when I fit it into PAL movie...
To correct this problem I should do a framerate conversion - true or false?
How can I do this, using which program?
Or maybe the PAL movie is simply shorter than NTSC version???

wasp dont worry - the NTSC and PAL version is ruled by the very same ONE RING :D.
DIggedy is absolutely right - the reason why the PAL version is shorter is because the 24fps (of the original FILM role) are speeded up to 25fps (so more speed -----> less overall running time)
If you want some proof - just check the time length of some blockbuster at e.g. amazon.com and amazon.co.uk you will see that the PAL versions are always a bit shorter (around 6 per cent).
If I may guess (I could be wrong), that NTSC-DVD doesnt offer a real 29.97fps video stream after all, its more likely a 23,976 fps (NTSC-Film slowed down from 24fps) with 3:2 pulldown at PLAYBACK (supported by the SVCD and DVD standard).
But why doing a audio conversion in the first place (Besweet supports it though). Since you live in a PAL country (btw three quarter of the earthlings do  ) your player should support at least a
NTSC --> PAL 60 playback or your TV set might even support NTSC directly.
So in the end youll have to reencode the DTS (and loose quality) and speed it up. So my advice stick with the NTSC-DVD ;).
REGARDING DTS EDITING IN GENERAL:
As a BeSplit alternative, you can also use DTSTrim for cutting and merging operations:
