I've been using J. River's "Media Jukebox" for years, it's a great music tool. A while ago they came out with a "Media Center," which does all that plus handles "every" other kind of media, and claims to function as a DVD player. I wonder if anyone in this forum has played around with it, so to speak, and has an opinion? I've got (and use) PowerDVD and WinDVD, both. Experience with this "all-in-one," anyone?

Yep I use Media Centre extensively and professionally. It's a great tool. I can vouch for it's playback ability of large AVI's encoded with DivX 5.x (music promo's usually) and it's audio handling/sorting abilities are prolly second to none. However I have no experience of it as a "DVD Player" but would imagine it's fine :)

My only problem with it, is it does not feature Video/audio crossfade when playing video (obvious it does for audio only, MP3's etc.) Having said that literally no other player does either.
