2 film Tutorial

hi i was wondering if there was a tutorial that shows you how to make two 2 hour films onto 1 dvd disc. with menus thanks :D

its ok i found out how 2 do it i am getting a 1 hour avi file down 2 500mb by setting the CQ higest quality and the max bittrate to 1500
and the lowest bittrate to 1000 and setting the sound to 320
:D
