I'm using GK for a backup of LOTRII exd. I did the following:
1. Ripped VOB's from both disks to HD.
2. Renamed VOB's in sequence.
3. Joined VOB's using VOBedit.
4. Made IFO using IFOedit.
5. Performed Index/Demux and audio encoding through r4r.
I've noticed that in the audio encoding process, the audio file has "unspecified delay" (0ms), and I'm guessing that this is going to be a problem when the audio is synced to the video. Does anyone have any suggestions on this, or is it not really a problem?
