Is there any way in AutoGK (or somewhere in third-party tools) to set the
XviD encoding properties by myself? I can't find it anywhere... I've
searched this forum and supported documentation to AutoGK... :(

Hi Totus and Welcome to Doom9 forums!
Back to your problem, First of all AutoGK was created as a usefull program for those who don't know how to set the codec settings and other complex options. Obviously no complex options available for user. Its settings are compatible to most hardware MPEG-4 players. So if the options are changable, then this compatibility may be lost. All together there is very less user settings.
Btw, AutoGK is using the best quality settings for your encodes and you don't have to worry on that.
If you want to use your own settings, then use GK (Gordian Knot) - big brother of AutoGK.
Hope that helps....:)

I only wanted to hear these words :D. [I wanted to be sure that deeling with XviD settings won't give me better results than the automatic settings :D]
Thank you for quick answer.
