I'm a newbie to authoring; I'm trying out TMPEGAuthor. I cut a bunch of video clips out of some DVDs with DVDShrink, and had others from VHS tapes that I encoded to VOB files. When I put them together (my first attempt) I got an error message saying I didn't have enough room for some files, even though there was plenty of space on the disk. I chose to ignore, went ahead and burned it to a file which gave me a bunch of files. I then authored them to a RW disk. 1. There's no menu on the disk in spite of the fact I set one up in the file 2. Some of the files have no sound. These are mostly the ones from commercial disks (for example, Concert for George). I went with the standard settings, but obviously I missed something....appreciate any help. Rick
