I´m trying to encode one movie using AutoGK but i always get this error.
Why is this happening?

if it's NTSC source I may have an idea (coz I just got this problem myself). Already fixed.

No. The source is PAL.

can you please mail me interlace.log then.

Well, the interlace.log just have this:
false-false
No need to mail you this, i think.

as I thought... fixed as well, but I'm not sure how that can happen that 10% of the movie don't have any movements at all...
