Well, I have been using Maestro for a while but I always have problem with seeing subs on a white background.
I've set SubRip output properly, listed the outline color and with, but after correcting color palette using .spf file there is no outline. If I deselect background I see nothing showing the absence of the outline.

Is there any I did wrong? PLZ help me.

Thanks!

Look at the bitmaps and make sure the outline is present on them.

If it does, open the subtitle editor in Maestro and make sure the slider for the outline is NOT at 0. If it is, drag it as far as you can to the right, and if that works, you can edit your Maestro script to do that to the rest.

Well, I've checked the slide settings in Maestro. It was not on 0, however it did not make any difference where it was set. I felt Maestro did not handled the outline processed from imported files. If the subtitle was written by me in Maestro the outline was there.
I've used an older version of Subrip (1.14).
I'm working on it and let you know.
