Image of an audio CD

Which image format is the best way and most supported to make an image of an audio cd (for backup)?

Out of those choices, definitely cue/bin. All the others are proprietary afaik. For an alternate cue/bin creating and burning program, you may want to take a look at BurnAtOnce (http://www.burnatonce.com).

ISO doesn't work with multi-tracks?? Somehow the image (iso) of an audio cd with UltraISO, DirectISO or MagicISO gets corrupted due to the multi-track.

When you tried your ISO image and it failed, did you also try a CUE/BIN image using the same CD and drive? Various audio copy protection schemes foil various drives.

For example the Pioneer A06 DVD drive can not read one type of audio CD at all. (I don't remember which one)

ISO should work with anything. It's just the entire CD minus the error correction (which takes up about 100MB, read up on mode2 if you want to know more about it). So afaik, if you get messed up multisession, that would be the fault of the app that makes the image. Either that or you're dealing with a protected CD that needs special measures. For that, cue/bin made by CloneCD would be best I think.

ISO is the most widely supported, and can be used for a straight CDDA (Compact Disc Digital Audio).

However, ISO does not support multisession. It can only contain one TOC and only allows one mode/form combination for the entire image. For so called "enhanced disks" (audio CDs that have extras for your PC), the most widely supported format is bin/cue.
