Conversion Problems

Im trying to convert a mp2 audio track to ac3 2.0 with ac3machine.I set everything up like the guide on the site says, but when i hit ' Give Me AC3' nothing happens.A mspromp box flash's on sreen for a split second then goes.It does'nt even create a log file.
How do i get this thing too work??

If i cant get it to work how do i resample mp2 audio to 48khz.?

I would try to copy'n'paste the besweet command line into the shell...
This will probably give you some output...

I think you should try with an intermediate .wav-file...

Well i've just resampled the audio to mp2 48khz using tmpgenc and the toolame encoder, ive imported the new mp2 into scenarist and i just found out that scenarist has its own ac3 encoder as it ask's what do you want to convert the mp2 audio too. Anyone know how good scenarists ac3 encoder is ? as im giving it a try.
