Software for mixing audio

Hi, anyone knows of any software where I can mix mp3/wav?? :confused:
I don't want any waveditor, i just need some soft that does to audio what adobe premiere does to video?

I like CoolEdit a lot, you can do a lot of fancy stuff with it.
If you are looking for a freeware-solution, you might want to try Audacity (http://sourceforge.net/projects/audacity).
You should be able to accomplish quite a lot with it...

Many thanks ultimatebilly. I allways thought CoolEdit was some kind of WavEditor, guess I was wrong :rolleyes:

Audacity, although a good free solution doesn't allow to trim samples, so I'll stick with the trial of Adobe Audition (cooledit's new version), which IMO is a very good multitrack editor.

I always thought that no matter what mixing you need done, Adobe Premire could do it.

There is a 30 day, no-restrictions trial from www.adobe.com ... so give it a shot.
