View Full Version : Spruce Maestro Compile Error - Video Bit Rate too high

Hello All!

I'm creating a disc in Spruce Maestro, and everything has been going well. I have already created about 10 slideshows by importing a series of TIFF files, dropping them into movies and adding 255s cell points between them.

The most recent gallery won't compile, telling me "The calculated VIDEO bitrate is too high for a legal dvd stream." I try with less images, and that seems to be fine, so there is something it doesn't like about this last couple of images.

A couple of points then...

1. Has anyone else had this problem?
2. Maestro is encoding the files, so is there anyway to reduce the bitrate?
3. As far as I can tell, it is not the largest TIFF doing this, so perhaps there is a limit to the amount of stills Maestro can handle?

Many Thanks for anyone's help.

Perhaps encode to m2v using CCE (say) and then import into Maestro.

I have no idea about any other aspect of your problem.
