dvddecrypter comes to mind, download it from the download section, and it's free

DVDDecrypter will have a hard time because it can't read from harddrives. Download and learn to use VStrip...it's very powerful, but takes a little time to get used to.

And yes, completely the wrong forum...a mod should move this to decryption.

trix, welcome to the forum:D

encrypted files on your drive? Did you copy the files directly form the DVD to Your HDD using the explorer?

You can use ISOTool to create a iso-file. This You can mount with the daemon tools. This virtual DVD you can decrypt then with DVDDecrypter.
