OK, ive tryed to joing two mpg(vcd files) together .Ive tryed DV Tools and rejump movie joiner, they do the job, but at the point where the files are joined the picture freeze's for about 5 seconds. If i join em with tmpgenc theres a squeak at the join, and after the join the audio seems to be about a slipt second out.Or theres just a squeak.

How do i join two mpg files together so they flow smooth.???

Also the two files come too 1.38GB, but once tmpgenc joins them the new file is 1.21GB and the time length is shorter.

Master Yoda,

I'm guessing you're using this 1.21 GB file for DVD Authoring. If you're using TMPG DVD Author, I do the joining inside the authoring section. I found TDA is very good of joining the 2 clips. You can select the exact frame to join (i.e the end frame of the 1st clip, and the beginning frame of the second clip) so you don' have that squeak you have described.

You use other DVD Authoring, then I suggest M1Edit or M2Edit. They're pretty good editing tool (i.e. let you choose the exact frame of the 2 clips to join as described above).

Hope this will help.

Cheers,
