any DVBPortal users around?

Actually it also concerns ProgDVB.. those programs seem to favor the Elecard MPEG-2 decoder, which if the resolution is not full D1 tends to either display the video in non full-screen (ProgDVB) or repeat a part of the picture in the part of the window that's not filled by the broadcast (DVBPortal).

You can reconfigure the filters for both but for some wicked reason I can't get both progs to not use that filter.

I don't get it: you can create a different graph for progdvb with another mpeg2 decoder; progdvb doesn't override your choice.

Forget the buggy progdvb or others , DVBPORTAL is the fastest ,easy to use , smooth playback , check the latest version 1.04

I forgot some features:

- It makes the filtergraph for you (just select the codec and it will build the graph and use it

- Very low use of system resorces like RAM

- It shows all the channel info if you want , freq , sybr , VPID ....

- Supports plugins for teletext , EPG , and those magic ones :)

- Very good forum support (only for legal uses)

I really like the prog, too, but I'm not so sure about the forum support.. there's some issues mentioned that I've also experienced but that have yet to be adressed.

Download filetrgaf file from prog's site
find cyberlink codec
files are following versions
CLLine21.ax 4.0.0.3002
CLVSD.ax 5.0.0.602
up or down versions will not work with progdvb
little strange but cyberlink graf will not work without
line 21 decoder
filtergraf is cyberlink 5.0.0000 version
it also work with mainconcept
sonic
and sonic default filtergrafs

filtergraf files were written by me
most of them work up to Progdvb 4.32.1
latest version with directshow fix do not work quite well
ps mainconcept and elecard are good for 4:2:2 format
becuase they are only capable to decode it (feeds)
intervideo do not work from 4.06.02 version of progdvb
