OK, i know scenarist does'nt support seamless branching, but my question is... if i reauthor identity which has IlVu in the original ifo, the new ifo wont and there may be a slight pause where the vobid's change on this seamless disc.But at a later date IF a program comes out for pc's that can do seamless branching do you think it will be possible to demux by vobid from the backup and reauthor it with IlVu in?? and the disc play properly.

Do you actually notice any pauses right now? Most players do some caching and I wonder if you will actually see the pause.

definately. scenarist doesnt break anything. it just doesnt interleave the 2 sets of cells. when/if such a program comes out, you would just rip your backup by vobid and set up your layout in that program for seamless multistory in accordance to its instructions.
