No Menu Selection After Big 3

I'm trying to backup a music dvd and there are some menu's that are present in PGC's. After using Big 3 I tried to play the dvd. It works fine except for menu selection. The menu's pop up, but I can't select anything. After copying over the original vob it works fine again. Where does it go wrong?

your buttons/button commands are lost when you demux into elementary streams.
you can manually recreate this is scenarist -depending on the complexity of these menus this could take a while...for a start i would read the button over video guides and also the guide about reauthoring menus (which uses the matrix)
