Are you talking about a DV capture program?

I want to capture analod video/audio from my camcorder. The program i have is Pinnacle Studio SE 8 which was in the pacage of my Plextor 8x DVD +/-R with the latest update (but i think in this vesion some choices are cut)but the program does not give me the option to save audio separately.Should i use a DV capture program or something else for analog audio/video? :scared:

No, you shouldn't. But this forum is not about analogue capturing, so I'll move this thread into the appropriate place.

I don't know about programm which makes analogue capture with separated audio, but it's very easy to extract audio from any AVI or Mpeg file.
For example, in Virtual Dub you have option Save WAV.
