Add some (my) files to a DVD backup copy?

Hi,

I back up a dvd, but the DVD is only 3 Gb. It's a DVD of Friends. Can I safely add some personal files (like my jpeg fotoalbums, archive of documents, installations of some programs, etc.), to fill the remaining space?

Or it can mess up the DVD navigation structure, etc?

As long as you don't put anything under VIDEO_TS or AUDIO_TS, it should be safe.
