Newb Needs Help With Big3 and or Rejig

1st.
Ok, I have followed all of the step in the doom9s guide. The main prob is i was trying to backup Oz & Sopranos. I have done all the steps. I Burn the dvd & it plays. But the video is jerky or jitterly. Any ideas?

2nd.
I also tried Rejig. But can't compile it in Scenarist. Keep getting:

So i'm stuck on that. I can't seem to find where if have to rename any of the files. back to mpv.

If saw the the post of cce 2.67 users and i tried go back to 2.50 but the same thing happens with the jerkyness.

Any help or a point in the right direction would be helpful.

If you search the forums for Line21 I'm sure you'll find tha tproblem....


Line 21 is Closed Caption.... Closed Caption is embeded within the video stream, therefore, if you have an asset from the original movie that you didn't re-encode you need to check the "Line 21" checkbox

Normal demux will strip that out but any "no-cce" files still have the CC

The jerky or jittery picture may be down to the field order being wrong, thats if its a interlaced source.

adding to what d3s7 said, when you use rejig the line21 information is also retained. RA doesnt expect it to be there so doesnt check it in the script. so any assetts scenarist complains about that you rejiged you would have to put a check for line 21
