How can i change the max number of program so i dont get this message, the encoded file is 3,802 mb and a dvd disc is 4.7
its bigger than the size of the encoded file.

You can't. You are running into a DVD Spec limitation, not a program one. The maximum PG (chapter) spec is 99. If you're using multiple PGCs, keep in mind that unless you use multiple Titles (TTNs) also, the PG count doesn't reset. The solution is to create multiple Titles, add PGCs under that, and then put sections of your video. Each time you create a new title, the PG count starts again as 1.

First of all thanks for the reply.

Im using scenarist with dvd2svcd im not that smart to do all those things you said (not yet)
But when i made my first dvd with dvd2svcd using the scenarist it went perfect, and the the avi file that i used was a bit larger.
what can i do to make it work(maybe change the settings?)
i really dont know.

I honestly have no idea how DVD2SVCD lays the scenario out, why don't you ask in that forum?
