What is a Good/accurate program for cutting or splitting avi file, i think virtualdub don't split avi accurately ?

example split frame 220 to 4000 but it split frame 166 to 4000, i want accurate file splitter, or maybe i just don't know the trick of using it...

Avi files must be cut on the key frame, not between.

But I use this thing to split huge files such as MPG that needs to trim credits off the end I just set it to like 200 meg less than actual size and split it in two and MPG works fine still. Very fast.
