Reauthor an existing DVD?

If I want to take an existing DVD (VOB's, VTS sets, titles, etc.) with everything intact, then reauthor it with the same items, what is the best program to do this?

I want to recreate a DVD with everything identical to the original, except a more compressed audio track which I will do with another application.

How can I do this?

Try this ifoedit re-author method if its PAL:

After Replacing your audio and re-muxing edit the video_ts.ifo to show the same audio and channel type.

I read the Ifoedit method, but unfortunately this it NTSC.

Then use DVDLab and exchange the VOBs afterwards.
