Hi everyone. I've been using VDMod for a while, and everytime i reencede movies, i doing the following: Open file in VDMod, adjust audio compression, some filters, and other stuff. Than saving both passes to batch job. Does it mean i am encoding audio twice for every pass? And if yes, what do i have to do? disable audio for 1st pass? or leave it direct stream copy?
p.s. I don't change ANY parameters, encluding audio, excetp 1st and second pass in xvid settings accordingly.

No - since the input file is the same you are only compressing it once.

You _could_ however disable audio in pass 1.
