Avisynth 2.54 final not working vs. 2.54RC2 working

For me the 2.54 release doesn't work.
The Avisynth 2.54 RC2 version does :confused:.

Anyone has the same problem or a solution?

no, there's no error message!

If I run an avs-script in media player classic the media player closes its window immediately. With the RC2 version all is working fine.
As well i cant run VirtualDubMod as a side effect when 2.54 final is installed. This is somehow strange.
(Processor P4 Northwood 2GHz, Win XP Prof.).

Empty your plugin-dir and report back.

I cleaned the PlugIn directory and it works. Is this due to autoloading the plugins?
