OK as suggested by matthew , im gonna use dvd2avidg and mpeg2dec3dg.dll for my identity project when i start it soon as its seamless.
One quick question though... do these two work ok with avisynth 2.0.8 ??

No. Mpeg2Dec3dg is a AVS 2.5 Plugin.
