2 Dvd -> 1 Dvd R

Does anyone know opf a good tutorial that allows a user to rip/backup 2 DVD's (approx 60min each) to be burned onto a single DVD R

Also I want to keep original material, such as menus, extras and also any other language/subtitles.

I've ripped one to HDD using DVD-SHRINK from 4.3Gb downto 2.1Gb, so it's the full DVD with no losses.

Below is a simple chart of what I desire:-

First Play------> NEW MENU
Title 1 ---------> Menu of Title 1
Title 2
---------> Menu of Title 2

Where the selected title finishes playing it returns to NEW MENU.

Please help, i've seen stuff for VOBEDIT/IFOEDIT/DVD-DECRYPTER/and a DVD authoring packages such as REELDVD or DVDit.

When combining 2 onto 1 dvd you will lose menus because you muse reauthor. Look at 2Cools guides in the forum for a good tutorial.
