I've tried one (the only one I could think of) to remove dialog from things like anime to just leave music and sound effects......
In Audition/Cool Edit Pro, I used "Vocal Cut" to remove the dialog...or whatever it interpretted as dialog. As far as what it removes, I'd say it's about 75% right in what it takes out, but the other problem is it kind of muffles the rest of the sound and warps it a little. I could understand that if something were to substitute whatever sound was there, could sorta hide the muffle sound....But the other thing is, it doesn't always get rid of the voices, or just gets rid of the wrong thing.
So is there a better method, preferably in Adobe Audition!?
