2 discs to 1

I used dvd fab to split a movie onto two discs and now i want to put the two discs onto 1 shrunk down.I have tried re authoring with dvd shrink and TMPGne and dvd2one but none work.Its is always the dvd fab disc 2 that causes the problems.

So what did You exactly?

Splitting the mainmovie to 2 discs and keeping the menu on disk1?
Or did You only a mainmoviebackup?

If You want to keep only the mainmovie you can use DVDShrinks ReAuthormode. Open DVDShrink and klick reauthor. So You've to DVDShrink open. Drag and Drop the mainmovie of disk one to the next disk. Open in the first DVDShrink disc2 and also drag and drop the mainmovie to the new disk.

So You have a new DVD with 2 titles. The movie is still splitted but on one disk. You can also cut out the change disk picture if it's still there.

If You want to keep the menu (if it is on disk 1), then it will be very complex. For this better ask 2Cool here in this forum. He is the cheat sheets guru here. Before You ask him read his guides here in this Forum!!!

Second, familiarize yourself with the forum rules. Just wanted to let you know that you have violated forum rule #8, which is cross posting. I follow the same as rules as you.

Third, what files do you have in your second disk? I don't use DVD Fab but I do know it does movie-only splits.

You should only have VIDEO_TS.* and VTS_01_*.* files present. How about you do this to correct your second disk. Open up your VTS_01_0.IFO in IfoEdit. Go topside and click on VOB Extras...Create New ifos. Browse to an empty destination directory and click on OK to start processing. Get VTS Sectors for your new files in your folder. Process through DVD Shrink again. It should work this time. If it does, then this means that DVD Fab had produced your second DVD with an invalid DVD structure.
