DVD fab 2nd disk not recognized by DVDShrink

I split Apocaplypse Now Redux with DVDfab and the first disk worked fine in my LiteOn 2001, but the second disk won't start. It will play on my PC. I was thinking about running it through DVDShrink to try to redo the navigation, but Shrink can't read it. Any suggestions on how to make another disk that will play in the 2001 would be great.

are you using the latest version of DVDFab, earlier versions did have a problem with the 2d disc.

It may be your stand alone player. When I use DVD FAB and play the second disk I have to skip past all the blank chapters which are not on the 2nd Disk.
ie with LOTR the second disk started at chapter 27 but to get it to play I had to skip past chapters 1 - 26 which had nothing in them.
