convert vob audio MPEG1 to AC3 2channel

I have recorded from mini DV to Liteon DVD recorder home video. The audio on DVD is in MPEG1. Took DVDshrink and backed up to HD. Can I convert audio to AC3 2 channel and how? :confused:

Hi -

Demux the audio using VobEdit, convert using BeSweet/Commercial encoder such as Surcode. See the audio FAQ linked in my sig for more information on encoding AC3.
