Using bsn.dll v0.2 it should say bsn.dll v0.21, make sure you have the latest versions! maybe redownload besweet

[i] -bsn( -2ch -config -path C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Ahead\AudioPlugins )
This doesn't work, you have to copy necessary dlls to BeSweet folder. And also upgrade to latest BeSweet GUI or Oagmachine. Check Out AAC Section in Audio FAQ. If you haven't updated bsn to latest version (v0.21) update as soon as possible.

thanks for the fast replies.

Indeed i had to copy the aac.dll, aacenc32.dll, wav.dll, NeroIPP.dll to the BeSweet folder. I wonder what the "Set Pluginfolder" switch in the GUI and commandline is good for?

"BSN.DLL" ver. 0.21 is ONLY included in the latest BeSweet package.
I downloaded the "bsn.dll" from the plugin's page at dspguru.doom9.org but that's still ver. 0.2.

:thanks: for your help.

I got the same error messages with OagMachine/AACMachine. Nero Wave Editor encodes in HE-AAC and seems much easier to use. Not sure what the point is in using the Nero dll's with another program.

The path setting didnot worked, So from latest GUIs you can hardly see these options. Also a pointer, if you are using Nero from version 60023 onwards, you don't need to put NeroIPP.dll to BeSweet folder. Because the other dlls (aacenc32 and aac.dll) searches registry for NeroIPP's correct path. You also don't need wav.dll. it is a wav input plugin for nero applications(both wave editor and nero encode files(in extras menu).

This means you haven't encountered real encodings. For eg, Nero wave editor doesn't allow multi channel. Doesn't allow certain other file types eg ogg,dts,ac3 etc. So for these transcodings, Dg integrated bsn to use nero dlls.
One more point is that BeSweet has enriched features than nero tools. Do we can find Pre,post, hybrid gains in it??
:p. Most important is variety of options BeSweet has and GUIs too.

Btw, as you like more easier way may I suggest foobar2k. Thread can be found in Audio forum.

Have a nice day! :)
